What not to put in your body;

This article is based on years of research I have done seeking my own health and wellness to conquer challenges including recovery from a usually fatal type of cancer and stroke. Some of this information included comes from Gene the decoder, frequent guest of Blessed to teach on youtube. I am not a medical professional, I am a human being who has survived a myriad of health challenges. I will say up front that I do not trust our medical system as it is today. Nor do I believe in our pharmaceutical industry. I am of the belief that there is a natural cure for most all maladies. I am often called a conspiracy theorist. Call me what you will, my opinion of myself is all that matters. I march to the beat of my own drummer.

Things I would never put in my body again:

Canola oil: A Monsanto hybrid product originally created as gun cleaning oil in the second world War. A huge surplus of this oil was left over after the war and they needed to disperse it. It was re-labelled, re marketed as a health food and sold internationally. Read labels, it is found in many potato chips and snack food. Can cause severe liver and kidney problems. IBS, leaky gut syndrome, diabetes, heart problems, blood clotting, inflammation of the entire body, Hypertension and stroke. Kills weeds and causes hair loss. Healthy alternatives to canola oil are: Olive oil, black seed oil, avocado oil, coconut oil or red palm oil.

Margarine: originally created as a feed for turkeys, they would not eat it. It was then re-labelled and rebranded as a healthy alternative to butter. Margarine is known to cause hardening of the arteries, Leaky gut syndrome, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and kidney problems. The healthy alternative to margarine is real butter.

Aspartame: found in diet sodas and many diet products. studies have revealed that aspartame can cause glaucoma, dry eyes, visual disturbances, migraine headaches, cluster headaches, and cancer. Also severe digestive issues including obesity and abdominal distention, including leaky gut syndrome. IBS and colon cancer. Bone and skeletal pain. Can cause aggression, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and tremors. Weight fluctuations. Excessive thirst, edema, ulcers and cravings for sweets. It can mimic MS, Lupus, and Graves disease. Aspartame destroys your pineal gland and makes you mentally compliant.When combined with fluoridated water it makes you one big sponge.

HFCS or high fructose corn syrup: this product is found in most of your cereals, granola bars, power drinks, Soda pop, canned fruit, goldfish crackers and other snack food. HFCS ramps up your blood sugar and then crashes it. It is responsible for diabetes, fatty liver and leaky gut syndrome, cancer, and obesity. ADHD, ADD, irritable bowel syndrome and many other maladies. The only healthy alternative to both aspartame and HFCS is natural organic honey.

White processed sugar and white rice: Both of which cause mucus build up in the body. It is suggested that white sugar and other whitened process foods that were bleached with formaldehyde only facilitate the fueling of malignancy. In other words it feeds cancer cells. They cause bloating, swelling and Edema. I use organic honey instead of sugar.wild or organic red rice, instead of white rice.

Fluoride: was used in Nazi Germany to make POWs complacent and pliable by adding it to the water. Long term studies have shown bone deformation, hair loss, kidney stones, gallstones, digestive issues and a myriad of cancers. other than brushing your teeth with baking soda, and drinking spring water. my recommendation would be to get yourself a good charcoal filter water purifier.

Since I have drastically changed my diet, my joints don’t swell and ache anymore. My digestive system is super healthy. No more abdominal bloating. No headaches or blurred vision.

A typical day for me starts with a blended Smoothie, consisting of; Kale, spinach, broccoli, parsley, banana, orange, apple, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, Almond milk, chagga, and freshly ground/oxidized chia and flax seeds. very important to get Omega 3 essentials. The remainder of my day, I chew on natural organic licorice sticks, {good blood thinner} and drink large amounts of water with fresh lemon slices…and I’ve never felt healthier.
